Ok I have no idea how to get a picture to pop on here. I am hosting the picture I want to post on my personal website and I am using the
[img]http:%20//www.website.com/images/picturename.jpg[/img]
thing and no luck. Any ideas?

I tried to hit the link by just pasting the image URL in my browser and I got a 404 error.

I looked at your post and all the tags are right.

Looks to me like a problem with the hosting but I am by no means pro enough at this to say what it might be. Perhaps check the URL of the pic again and that there are no restrictions on your website that might stop of us from seeing it.
