By the sound of things its gonna be a hybrid model. I speculate that its gonna be subscription based for the first coupe of months where after it goes buy to play or free 2 play. Basically to give those willing to pay a head start to the game.

This game might be the reason why Blizzard recalled their new MMO "Titan". If that's the case we have one heck of a game being released before years end!
